The 8 weeks MBSR program
The 8-week MBSR program was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 to reclaim the quality of mindfulness. It is based on neuroscience, psychology and educational methods that emphasize experiential learning, group work and discovery. This program has been extensively researched scientifically and has shown to have significant health benefits, both physically and psychologically.
Taking part in this program, considered internationally as the "gold standard", gives participants the opportunity to gradually install a mindfulness practice in their lives, with the support of a small group.
